The devil’s in the details of your halloween celebrations, so make a toast with the citrusy and floral flavours found in this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

45ml Patron Silver
30ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Ginger beer
7.5ml Cassis
Lime wedge for garnish

Method

1. Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
2. Strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass.
3. Top with ginger beer and drizzle Cassis over the top.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
