Brunch just got an upgrade! This Baileys French Toast with Strawberry Cream is fluffy, golden, and soaked in rich Baileys Irish Cream (grabbed from Cellarbrations, of course). Topped with dreamy strawberry cream, it’s the perfect mix of indulgence and elegance.

Ingredients
25 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
1/2 cup Milk
1 egg
Brioche bread
3 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
Strawberries
Method
- Whisk milk, egg and Baileys together until combined. Butter a pan over medium high heat.
- Dunk bread slices in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
- Transfer to hot pan and cook until both sides are golden.
- Let toast cool for 3-5 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream and 1 oz Baileys on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Pour whipped cream over toast and garnish with strawberries.
